Our family is expecting a new baby this coming fall. I am calling him "Seattle Bubba", since his 2 year old sister tells us she is getting a new "brudder". The John Deere tractor quilt I hope will introduce him to his farming roots. Maybe when he is old enough he will ask his grandpa what color tractor he drove.

The applique is from a floor pillow panel and is several years old. I didn't realize that there are Johnny Tractor books, so I will need to look into that.

I also made a little bib from an applique printed on the panel.
