Now when the picture of your quilt came up I caught myself saying now that is the kind of quilt I would love too have on my bed! I don't know who I thought was listening as there is no one back here but me!!! It is a pretty quilt.

So I just starting cutting strips and slicing and piecing and had so much fun that I just kept on doing that. Ended up I had enough blocks left over for a large lap size which I'm having quilted now for a gift for my sister-in-law whom we're going to visit in November. Julene

Kitsie, here is a larger picture of the Hollow Block in my Avatar. Glad you like it. It was fun doing the blocks but putting them together was a real challenge. I hadn't planned my colors very well, just did blocks from scraps I had.
