This is my very first quilt off my midarm machine. What a learning experience!!! I learned a lot and loved it. Still got a lot to learn, but am happy with my results for a first quilt.
As I've said before here, I love PP, and Judy Niemeyer patterns are just wonderful. This is also my first curved piecing block. I did alot of reading prior to joining the two pieces, I used Roxanne's glue with the fine tip and glued my curve. OMG, what a difference, have tried curved piecing in the past with pinning and would always quit after just a few blocks, then I avoided it for a long time. I like to try to challenge myself every year and learn a new technique, curved piecing using glue was this years.

I am so in love with this quilt! It is fantastic!! I'm not a batik lover but doing something like this could persuade me differently. Wild and bright!! Love it! I love to PP, too, and just bought a Neimeyer pattern to try. Your quilting looks great, too!!
