Yes ... poke and stab hand quilting for the ♥'s using 2 strands embroidery floss. The back looks horrendous, front not so bad.

Ah so that's how you made those delightful hearts. Great suggestion! Maybe you will see some of this type on some of mine

How do you get the back stitches to look somewhat like those on the front? Mine are every which way but!
