Beautiful job! How did the minky fabric work as a backing? Did you tape it down before putting the batting down. Did you use batting spray or did you pin it? I've been wanting to use minky on lap quilts but wasn't sure how it would perform in the quilting process. Did you SITD or stipple? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks, Stitch124

Minkee is a little harder to work with, but doable! I used batting, used basting spray, and some pins(I never completely trust the spray!LOL) I SITD, and brought the minkee to the front instead of binding.

I like that pattern too, Last year I used it to do a Table runner with placemats. Good Job
