    Keenan quilt show pictures

Of course, many beautiful quilts, but these impressed me the most.

This is the Best of Show

The featured quilter put ruched butterflies and flowers on her quilt.

And this quilter titled this quilt Indian Chiefs... amazing thread work [not printed photos]. I met her there. She's a Vietnam veteran medic severely disabled by agent orange, which makes producing this quilt all the more amazing. Two of the Indian Chiefs are women, can you find them

Thank you so much for taking the time to share the photos with use. I especially like the Best of Show Quilt because I have always loved the applique work that goes back to the days of Baltimore Album style. Lovely work.

I wouldn't have believed it was thread work if you hadn't told me. That's incredible. All beautiful quilts. Thanks for sharing.

Wow!!! I love the best of show and the Indian Chiefs needs to be in a museum like the Smithsonian where everyone from everywhere could see it.

Every time I go to a quilt show I am more and more impressed with the art and heart of quilting. The time, effort and design that it takes to produce these masterpieces. Love all of the quilts. All different and beautiful in their own way. The Indian quilt is really spectacular!

Thanks for sharing these beauties! The thread work is amazing, And those ruched flower spikes and butterflies are vwonderful! I’ve been wanting to learn some new techniques for creating texture— going to have to put ruched fabric on the list!
