    Stunning and yet so simple. And the quality will be much better than Pottery Barn anyway. They should love the quilt.

    As soon as I saw the photo I said nearly Pottery Barn, then I read the text and recalled the previous postings. Good for you and wonderful results. She is one fortunate gal to such a beautiful gift.

    I never heard of scrimmed batting. I will have to look that up. Oh by the way, beautiful quilt!
