    Kelly's Wedding Quilting is finished!!

After all my planning, simple turned out best. I kept the quilting painfully simple as well and let the material dictate as much of the geometric pattern as possible. I used a scrimed batting (and yes I did successfully pre-wash it) so, I was able to leave a lot of unquilted area in each block, contributing to the rather primative look of this quilt. Pottery Barn eat your heart out.
I included some pictures of the quilt out side. This is a king size and my bed doesn't show the quilt as well as it might.
    Thanks for all the support.

It's beautiful. Love the colors, and I'm not so sure it looks "primitive"; I'd much rather say it exudes that "just plain cozy-snuggle-up-in-me-quick" look. LOVE it!
Being skinny isn't easy, so I gave up and opted for being sexy instead. (aunty acid)

It looks great especially with your wall colors. Simple is definitely "it" for this quilt. Love all the pillows as well!

This was just made out of large squares??? It's just beautiful and the pillow cases/covers just add to the beauty of it all. Love, love the colors. So much nicer than Pottery Barn mostly because of the love you put into it.

"Eat your heart out, Pottery Barn" is about right! This is just gorgeous! I love the simplicity of the pattern, combined with the richness of that fabric (is that a collection or did you put those beauties together yourself?). The quilting is just the right amount, too. I love this & know the happy couple will, too! Kudos!
