This is a quilt that I Quilted for a very Sweet Customer of mine. All of the quilts she makes are King size. Its beautiful, I have never seen this block before, and I really enjoyed quilting it for her, plus I did the binding also.
I did a little fancy square in the center of the stars, I out lined the stars and on the blue parts I did a double outline. Around the stars I did a double feather meandor, that pattern is my most popular with my customers. I did two feather borders, going in opposite directions, I sewed the binding on the front and hand stitched to the back.
My customer hasn't seen it yet.. YOU are the first to see it. I figure if you all like it then she will too. :)
    Thanks for looking...

Great quilt...great use of the fabrics and the piecing looks wonderful. Then the quilting just sets it all off! Good job by both of you!

Now this is exacctly the kind of thing that gets me in trouble. For years I have collected darker shades of fabric, always staying away from brights. As is I don't have enough of a fabric collection I am goint to have to start getting brights! I absolouly love this quilt, it is so cheerful and happy. And as I am buying up those brights I need to also save up the coin to have it quilted by someone as talented as you!

I love the quilt and the colors. My question is, how did she piece it? I don't see where blocks start and end so that you don't get confused as to where to put what fabric.

Thank you all for the wonderful compliments, It looks like a happy Quilt :), In the beginning I had a hard time figuring the blocks, so I took a picture, and then I saw them. I will ask her what the name of the block or quilt is, maybe she will share.
I Have a few spaces left if anyone needs something quilted before Christmas... just pm me.
Thank again, and I will look forward to your PMs.. Lynn
