Default Labyrinth quilt-not perfect, but finished!

This quilt has taken a little over a year to finish. The pattern is "The Labyrinth of St. Omar" by Wendy Wetzel. When I was almost done quilting it, I discovered that I had made a mistake in the layout. After a most unladylike outburst, I decided that finished was better than perfect. This was made because I loved the pattern so much. The Gelato ombre fabrics were fabulous to work with too! Making this quilt was a challenge, as precise piecing is not my forte. It certainly made me think about the process of piecing and that it can be quite calming to do a little bit at a time. That being said, it's time to go back to my art quilts!

It's not a mistake. It's a design choice. Because you "designed" it this way, it's 100% original!

Maybe not perfect (in your eyes alone) but beautiful!
