Seems like you'd use squares the same size as your blocks.

Scrappy would work. You can do scrappy better than anyone, from what I've seen.
THANKS ... I was meaning not sure how big to do the 9 patch squares, but got my answer.

Thank You.... I should hopefully have it done soon.

Just leave them on your floor and play with the pattern in your floor tile. Looks like you've got a 4 patch going on if you straighten out your blocks. I think that would look kinda cute!
THANK YOU.. Do I need to cut up my floor tile? LOL

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH :D

Love your ladies. Are they going in a quilt now, or maybe a wall hanging? Would love to see the finished product, whatever it is.

I love the ladies! Maybe some fabric with pin up girls or make up on it would look nice in your patches.

An angel on here sent me some embroidery transfers. I took them down to copy store and had them enlarged. Days later I found out they are free online

Those came out beautiful Bev - so retro and stylish! I love the idea for 9Ps between them - just a note, you said the ladies are 12" squares. Do you have a seam allowance as well? What I mean is do they actually measure 12.5"? If not, your 9Ps will have to measure 12" INCLUDING seam as well so each patch would have to be (rounded up) 4.08" square unfinished. I think - someone please check my maths! :D
