He had a great idea for the quilts .... though I'm wondering if it was he who found the backings??

Perfect backing ... and no doubt will be the envy of your camping neighbours!! Where oh where did you find the backing? Priceless!!!!!

QuiltE, how did you guess that DH was the also responsible for the backing choice :)

For those that asked the backing are both "Alexander Henry" fabric. There are several "pinup" fabrics by this line and they work great for a quilt where you want to have some "fun". These prints are quite large scale so they make perfect backings.
