Default Large Bow Tie

I love reading the board as I get inspiration. I have done a Ninja block that I saw on here and then I viewed a bow tie on utube by one of our member here (tuckyquilter). So off I went to make this 3d bow tie. I have all those 5 ins. squares that I am making the star blocks from but there are so many that I am sure I can a whole bow tie quilt, the stars and more.

I did spend a couple hours separating and color grouping them. here are some of them. I love these bow ties with the 3 knot. These are so fun and I can make one in 10 minutes lol. Here is a link to the bow tie thread.

Tuckyquilter's tut is amazing. It was so easy and so addictive. I made five more before I went to bed lol. I am just using those stacks of squares that I bought from Hancock's years ago. I am also making this quilt out of the squares.
