    it's called insomnia, I sleep for a couple of hours then wake up to a call of nature and start quilting till I am ready for bed again

    Wow what a lovely quilt. I can see your mum really likes it. I love the pattern of the bird( I am into birds right now and flowers too) I made my mum a bag from the Japanese fabric with ibis' and mountain scenes on it and she loves it. I hope she will use it and remember that it was made with LOVE.
