    Will you get a purchased vinyl shower curtain?
    How will you hang the quilted curtain?

    I am planning on putting a material shower curtain next to the pinwheels and then a clear vinyl curtain on the inside. Thinking of putting a border all the way around and using this for the grommets to hang it from. That way if i want to use it as a quilt, all i have to do is change the top border.
