I like the key holder too. Could I ask how you prepared the hanging? Did you use a dowel in a sleeve or just make a loop at the top? Also I have presumed that there must be a piece of wood inserted in the "hem" at the bottom for the hooks to screw into? It's a lovely project, something a bit different and you have done a great job. Thank you for showing it.

I also love the key holder, is there a pattern for this or just your own creation? I would like to make these as gifts.

Ok.... i am repeating everyone - and though your wall hangings are adorable.....OH MY.....that house key holder is just about the most clever thing i've ever seen !!! It IS just the perfect gift or bazaar sale item. I've never seen it anywhere before ....so assuming you thought it up....HOW SMART YOU ARE !!!!

Default A quilt for Mom

Quilt I made for my Mon's 85th birthday. Her middle name is Olympia so I enlarged the Olympia star block from Quilter's Cache http://www.quilterscache.com/O/Olymp...tionBlock.html as medallion and used https://www.e-patternscentral.com/de...ned+nine+patch to create the quilt. I then made a label of personal quotes from each of her nine children. Then made pillow cases and shams to match. Took six months and worth every minute.
