The pattern came from the Quilting for Dummies book. I was at the library a couple of months ago, looking for quilting books, found it on the shelf and flipped through it. It has a lot of nice patterns and advice and wouldn't mind having a copy of it myself!

Yes, we always have a good time together. I never thought I wanted to camp, but when my Daddy died 6 years ago of glioblastoma (a horrible brain tumor), my husband thought my love of the outdoors would help me grieve. I told him to go ahead and find a camper, my only requirement was that I had to have my own bathroom. We've been camping ever since then, and my husband's instincts were right. I still miss Daddy, always will, but being with my family and camping did help me to grieve somehow.

Aww sorry to hear of your father's passing. It is always hard to lose a parent. Happy that you have enjoyed camping and helped with the grieving. And thanks for the info of the Quilting for Dummies book! I may just look it up!
