Default latest quilt for friend

This is a throw for a friend. Cutting it was a piece of cake, but it took longer to piece it then I thought it would. I did some simple machine quilting on it. I also pieced the back and think it looks nice. Hope you like it.

What a beautiful gift. She will be very pleased. I like your choice of colors as well as the back art. I used to live in McHenry from 1960 to 1968. Both of my children were born in McHenry Hospital. We used to live in Pistakee Highland on the water. Miss that area and have since visited many times. Amazed in its growth over the years. Still a great town. My children attended Johnsburg Elementary School in their earlier years. Only reason we moved is my husband was transferred to New York.

Fun! I like the inclusion of one block on the back - makes it interesting

I bet your friend will be so happy with this quilt. The fabrics you used makes it look vintage!
