    how did she accomplish the white "shadow" over the black and white blocks? I love this affect.

    The lighter and darker shades of grey]I think, is what does that. It is really a neat quilt.

    I cannot imagine hand quilting all of that! It's a beautiful quilt and you did a great job quilting it.
