    Default Latest Selvedge Quilt

Here is my latest selvedge quilt. I am quilting it now. This is another in my 'Children at Play Series' of selvedge quilts. The background greens/blues depict the water surrounding Tasmania and are plain selvedge strips. The 'Tasmania' is made with plain white selvedge strips. I have to finish another 3 before March next year as I am having a local exhibition of my selvedge quilts then.

I also got my paper mache vest finally covered in left over bits and pieces of selvedges which I can't use in my quilts. It was so much fun to do, although painstakingly slow as I put thought into where each selvedge piece should go.

Wonderful quilt and an awesome vest. What a great idea to make a vest with selvages.

Love the map of Tassie with the two children on it. Great vest.

Good luck with the exhibition. Please show us more of your lovely work as you complete it.
