Hi Tweety, Thanks! I used Fil-tec "Glide" in the top, color white. Glide is a very shiney poly thread. It is a 40 wt but looks very much like a 50 or 60 wt. Karen McTavish recommended it in a class and I am now a convert. It is a beautiful thread. Can be purchased here: http://www.bobbincentral.com/Embroid...hreads_s/2.htm

In the bobbin I had prewounds that I got from a friend so I don't know the brand. I have only recently tried prewound bobbins and I really like them so I will be ordering those from bobbincentral as well. The prewounds have good tension and hold a LOT more thread then I could get on a bobbin winding it myself. I will still wind my own for certain colors that I don't want to buy prewounds for.
