Default Leader/ender project

I just quilted this scrappy on Sunday...I was dying to get something loaded on my new machine that was just set up on Friday. I just used the pantograph that came with the machine so that me and my Q24 can get acquainted.

A fellow that worked for me lost his MIL last year and so he and his wife gave me her stash of fabric. I cut tons of 2 1/2“ squares for this Arkansas Crossroads and will give it to them as soon as I get the binding sewn on.

What a pretty scrap quilt! You look very proficient for someone who just bought a quilt machine!

Congratulations on your new machine and finishing your first project! The quilt itself is beautiful!

Your quilt is beautiful and the gesture of gifting it back to the family is so wonderful. I just love the gifting aspect of our craft!

Honestly though - the 1st thing I saw was that gorgeous Q24 in your equally beautiful studio (and the snow!) I would be in heaven in your perfect space! Very interested in hearing your review of the Q24 as the two of you become more acquainted Congratulations

That’s a beautiful way to both use the fabric and give them something to remember her by.

Looks like you’re having fun with the new machine!
