    I made this one from the left-overs of my avatar. It's for my MIL. She cried when i gave it to her.

    Beautiful quilt...I have been wanting to try one of these...do you use a base fabric to join the strips onto or just join the strips and cut...

    Beautiful!! I love it! I am saving strings in various sizes to make a string quilt. I hope mine will look half as pretty as your does.
