Thanks for posting the close-ups! I so enjoyed seeing them. I think the last one, with the black top with gold sleeve (stole?), is my favorite.

Wondering how your sister feels about you getting the quilt, though.

Is your mother up for adopting me? I'd love to have a lady quilt!! I'm pretty low maintenance and house broken.

Cheryl, that is wonderful, how fortunate you are. My favorite is the lady in the top photo, holding the flower. They are all beautiful. Are you hanging it somewhere in your home so you can see it all the time?

    Lisanne,
You are most welcome for the picture's. I like the red dress also.
My sister, QUILTINTIME, and I have adopted each other as sisters.
We were only blessed with brother's, so we say we are sisters & we
    just love to sew together.

how pretty!!! One of these days I would like to make a Sun Bonnet Sue quilt. Maybe some day if I ever have a daughter I would make her one. What a lucky gal to have a Mum like yours!

Everyone has been so kind, commenting
on my Mom's quilt. Thank you everyone.
I would like to add that my Mom sew's
everything by hand. The only machine
work is the quilting. She has that done
    for her.
