Add a few borders and make it a little table topper for the holidays.

If you need three inch blocks and this one measures four inches, how is it too small? I would think with a three inch finished block you'd need a three and a quarter in unfinished block to finish out at three, or is my math wrong, as usual? LOL!

No problem, just put a frame aground it,either in matching or a contrasting color! it is too cute!

I agree add the border the same as the white already on it. Then you won't have to worry about it and stillo have enough blocks. Just a thought.

I'm thinking the same thing.

Love this block. I'd use it to make a greeting card. Just cut a cardstock frame and glue to a folded piece for a nice birthday or gift card.

To be able to use it for the quilt it was intended for, could you not add a border the size that will bring it up to the size you need, and make it in the same white background.

Why not border it in the background fabric, then it will blend right in?
