    HI JuneBillie, yes it is all connected. After everything is around all pieces and all the wss is rinsed off. (wss water soluble stabizer) Then you sew the back panel together with a zig zag, you zig zag the bottom of tray to the sides, but when you lift the sides up, it's much too tiny to sew together. So that's when I used a strong fabric glue to close the wall on the trays. After it has dried, then I use my fabric glue once again and glue the trays to the back panels. After it's all dry, close, and put lid on top. It was super fun to make.

    What a great organizer! You did an excellent job on it. Those would make really nice gifts if they weren't too hard to do. You could make one now and then and have lots of gifts for birthdays etc.
