It was a blast to make, but keeping track of the different sized logs almost drove me crazy!

As a helpful hint in keeping track of the different sized logs - this one courtesy of DUNSTER from this board. Go to Dollar Store and get the plastic trays that hold silverware in your kitchen drawers.....the slots for the forks, knives and spoons are just perfect for holding the pieces for the log cabin. A sticky note on each with the size keeps you organized. If this is just too much........I also bought binder clips from the office supply store ( not sure HOW I managed without those)...and clipped all of one size together......then added a 1" post it note on top with the size. I just took off the strip I needed. This works GREAT with the around the world patterns where you have 30+ different strip sets.........and both are really easy to use!!

Awesome job for your 3rd quilt (or your 30th quilt). Love the Baptist fan motif. Gives movement to the quilt.

Beautiful quilt, love the log cabins. Great design. So many ways to lay them out.
