What a sense of accomplishment you must have, from the lone star to the log cabins, everything is gorgeous. Love the colors and their placement too. Great finish to a sometimes frustrating project. Was the frustration in the quilting on a DM? I can't imagine !!!

This is truly a fabulous quilt. Worth sticking with it when it got tough!

Thank you, everyone for your kind remarks. I am truly flattered. I used a pattern from the book Tried and True Renewed. I did change the size slightly by changing all measurements to 1/4 in. instead of 7/8's. Also, I was able to quilt it by using Marti Mitchell's technique of cutting the batting into sections, quilting a section and then reattaching the batting. The first cut was scary but it worked out really well. Again, thank you for the compliments. They are greatly appreciated.
