My heart goes out to those that lost their homes and posessions in the flood. My mom's home was near the Lac Qui Parle River in Dawson, MN where it flooded twice while we were living there. The 1st time was in the early 1990's and the last time in 1997. A dozen or so homes were evacuated and by fall, most of the neighbors had moved. We were not going to have to go through it again. The cleanup is unbelievably hard work and emotionally draining.
My thoughts and prayers go out to those people that are living a disaster.

Deb, beautiful quilt. Hope the danger, damage and inconvenience from the flooding will soon be over. It seemed so unfair to hear that you got a bad snow storm on top of the flooding.

beautiful quilt, love the pattern and the colors! Quilt label should reflect, made because of time made available from awful flooding.
Great job
