Yes, he turns them on a lathe using my grandfathers tools! My grandfather died in 1954. I kept those tools all these years. :)

Hubby is now making one that is larger - easier for us to use for longer periods of time ( I rip alot) or if you have arthritis. I'll post when he finishes. He's using Mahogany this time :)

Absolutely. He's busy making a new style now :) He fully understands people liking his pens and such, but he's rather confused about our love for gadgets LOL

Maybe he'll branch out into a collection of sewing tools..
A needle case - something similar to the "purple thang" - needle threader - etc etc..
