Looking Forward to Halloween
I named this “It Must Be October”
A sure sign that a certain holiday is approaching is pumpkins, ghosts, black cats, and brightly colored leaves.
Here is a medium sized wall hanging I finished just recently. 28 ˝ x 26 ˝ inches. The shapes were taken from clipart, and some of my Halloween decorations. I echo quilted around each item.
It was a UFO for 16 months, and I'm happy that I got back to it, as it turned out very well. The fabric for the little ghost is a batik by Kaufman. I did not want a stark white in there, so I went with this. It really stands out.
