First of all, congrats on the weight loss, that's a really big deal. Second, your quilts are great. Third, love that you included pics of your family, such cute kids. Third, I love the picture with the bar tag hanging down ! Really, I think it's cute. Keep on going with your healthy lifestyle, it will pay off in the end.

Wow great looking quilts, and nice job on weight loss. Some people can be insensitive without really meaning to, but they did you a favor as now you are on a healthier lifestyle. I will try to do same. Congratulations.

Healty quilters
Sense posting my quilts and my weight loss picture in the pictures section everyone has been so kind with their comments. Thank you sooooo soooo much. I just love my quilting friends. I would love to pay it forward. Me and my quilting group have been trying to get healthy and we try new recipes. At our retreats we try and get out and walk in the mornings and make better choices for snacks. If you would like some of the recipes and healthful hints I'd be more than happy to email them to anyone. Just send me a message. Thanks again you are all so amazing! I feel the LOVE!
