How adorable. 12" seem a great size. and I like the idea of changing with the holidays. What pattern are you using and where did you get the holder. The whole idea is simply cleaver.

Just wanted you to know I just order the frame and several months of blocks from the place you ordered yours from on page 5 of the notes. Yours was so cute I just had too!
