JANW....the inner square is 9 1/2 "....it is bigger than that but trimmed down to that size....then we add a 3 1/2" border.....I did 30 blocks for this one that made it 76 x 90

my opinion is no border,,,always look at that pattern as one to make...was it hard?

No ths was very easy...the only thing hard was laying out the fabric....try it you'll and you will see how fast it goes...

It turned out beautiful. I love your colors. I have this pattern also, it is on the "to do" list. You have given me more inspiration, maybe I will just have to move it up on the list!!!

Have you decided how you are going to quilt it yet? The quilting part is usually what slows me down, I can never decide what would be best and if I could make it look good.

Do you quilt them yourself or send them out to a long arm quilter?

Haven't decided how to quilt this one......and my Mom and Dad have a longarm...so that's where it will go to be quilted as soon as I get the back ready and decide what pattern I would like Dad has about 100 patterns so it may be awhile.....:-)

Thank you all for the kind words.....was a quick quilt to do...
