What a great idea. Hope you don't mind if I use it. But I love
the little picture of the fall wall hanging by Kittenquilts from
Missouri. Just a lovely wall hanging.
Thanks for all the great ideas we get on the QB

ted and i restore old antique furniture and trunks -- i love the quality of the old -- that desk came from england made in the 1700s -- she has so many little drawers with locks for hiding goodies -- just looking at her you would never guess all her special places

the chair i found at goodwill -- made in the 70s in spain -- the fan or clam shell back tripped my trigger -- originally it had the white wash on it -- stripped it and did it in my favorite color and stain

currently working on a needle point piece for the seat -- will be the one with the large roses with the black background -- roses are done -- just need to fill in the back with the black yarn -- one of many projects for this winter

I like this idea. I have so many of those bags. I am going to make me one today, or several.

i tried to make one for my elna serger -- since the elna is narrow at the top and wide at the base -- the bags just didn't work for mine -- still using a pretty shawl size scarf -- a light weight scarf seems to work the best as it does not tangle my threads -- looks great, keeps the dust off and i can leave my thread poles up

never thought of pillow cases -- will keep that in mind -- thanks --

i use my old king size cases to cover my standing room fans during the winter months -- saves me taking the unit down for spring cleaning -- just pull off the case -- go to the window -- shake shake shake and into the washing machine it goes for next season -- no more washing those nasty blades

Great idea! I misplaced my serger cover and will definitely make a new one using your method. Thanks! Oh, BTW (by the way) there is a listing of abbreviations used here. Go to the home page and click around a little bit and you will find it.
