M sent me this sampler and there is always something about black, white and red quilts that scream sophistication. I love this color combo as much as everyone else!

As always with samplers I like each block to have enough design to be consistent through out but also have a bit of it's own flair. I feathers the borders and outlined in sashings....I love peiced backings as well......like two quilts in one!

I quilted this on my INNOVA. No computer or pantograph quilting.
    I used Hobbs polydown batting.
    Thanks for looking!

Another winner. I am going to have to give that batting a try. I love the loft it gives to the unquilted areas really making your motifs stand out.

Very nice; I particularly appreciate the time of day you took these photos. The late (or early?) light creates lovely shadows that emphasize the quilting as well as the piecing.

Pretty, pretty, pretty! Another outstanding job, Charisma. Do you sew the spines on your feathers first? or do them with the loops? Love them!
