Not only is she crazy cute, but she did a better job than I would!! I am so happy for you that you have a little protege! I am so very hopeful that my daughter (2yo) will become interested in sewing as well....but for now...the world revolves around stickers! :)

What a wonderful grandma you are to teach her to sew. She will have many many years of enjoyment ahead of her, maybe become a great designer of quilts or who knows what. She did a wonderful job sewing that piece for her mommie. I'm most sure Mommie will save it for a life time. (((hugs)))

She looks just like her mommy when she was that age. She was so excited about finishing that she wouldn't even comb her hair before the pic... LOL
She woke up & started in sewing.

I am making each grand an I SPY quilt. Maria wanted to put her own blocks together on my make shift flannel sheet. So she told me where she wanted each of them & I pinned them on. It will be sewn the way she designed it, so I think she is off to a great start. Think maybe I created a 'quilter' but she just LOVES using what little fabric I have. Think maybe she just might let me borrow some of hers... LOL
PLUS she already claimed my machine. She uses her step stool to put the foot pedal on... amazing she thought of that!
