A friend at my quilt guild meeting last night was showing an extraordinarily beautiful quilt and said that several potholders were created as a result of some mistakes. haha I like that. Not really a mistake....just a new potholder.

I love it....very cute. I also have M.E. in my sewing rm and my other favorite is Debbie Mumm, they actually go together well.

Montanaquilter, is the whole wall hanging a panel or did you add the patchwork? Either way, it's wonderful!

just the saying is part of the panel (came with 6 sayings and pic-the entire panel) I added the rest. It was easy but fun to do!! And, I LOVE being Queen!! Thanks, pal

I love Mary Engelbreit, and I do so think her interpretation of a mistake is pretty neat ... but, I never see "A mistake is" without thinking of a sign in a store I once worked in:

A mistake is proof that someone tried to accomplish something! :thumbup:
