    Matanuska Mosaic

This is a quilt top I created from an Alaskan calendar. The calendar was produced by the Alaska statehood celebration committee and the Alaska fiber festival to commemorating the 50th anniversary of Alaska statehood. I was able to put the top together from the photo. The original design was done by Erin cross, Brenda Kuhn, patti gracias, Lorna pack, jan Hendrickson.

would love to get in touch with the designers....hoping posting this message and photo might help.

Beautiful quilt! It looks like Alaska .... and is giving me an idea for another quilt. I like all of it, but that border is awesome. Thanks for sharing!

Awsome! You have the state flag, northern lights, mountains, rivers... all done in a wonderful stylistic design. Be sure to enter it in the next quilt show!!! You make me homesick.

Gee that's lovely. Been fortunate to visit Alaska twice. Doubt there is a more beautiful destination on earth.

When I was there we met with the Denali Quilt Guild. Great bunch of women and very creative. If you sent them a letter I bet they could tell you how to get in touch with the designers.
