How about the faux Cathedral Window made with 9" circles - black being the 'other' color. Missouri Quilt Company has a Utube tutorial on this. It's also a qayo and done whenever you like the size.

I made a windmill quilt with these same fabrics with a yellow background. I started by stripping them at 2 1/2". A nice cherry quilt that my neice loves.

A bargello heart springs to mind immediately, especially because I have always wanted to do one in rainbow colors!

I made pinwheels with those prints! They have such great motion. Anything you make will be beautiful.
