I have a very simple pattern and it takes 14 colors. I just wish I knew how to post a picture on here. There are so many times that I would like to show something.

I think:
1) http://fibracreativa.wordpress.com/2...il-y-versatil/

2) http://www.freshlemonsquilts.com/?p=1016

And there's an avatar here do not know how the pattern is called, are "bricks" with black border and "fit" each other!
The fabrics are gorgeous! Now show us the wonder that will leave your hands!
A hug!

I have at least 5 different colors of the same pattern! Must have been very popular.

2.5"x4.5" rectangles sewed together in different directions goes very fast.

I have some beatiful gem tone polyester fabric and was going to make either 8" of 10" squares with them and call it good, I think the colors will make the quilt, not sure if that is something you would like to do, but I think it is easy and effective.

If you use an imac I can help, but if not, just post the question. "How do I post pictures?" Members will walk you through it.

perfect for your fabrics. very 30's, both the colors and the pattern. i wouldn't use sashing, just the white background.
it has the same feel as the dresden plate, but it'll go faster without the applique.

I don't have an idea for a quilt, but I sure think you have a very thoughtful brother. I LOVE all the colors. Have fun!
