Awesome!! Love your Storm at Sea. Great color arrangement. I'm planning a baby quilt with this pattern. Thought I would start small.

My diamond blocks are 3x6”. I watched her video on YouTube, and once I got my fabrics cut and organized, this was fun to do! Already planning my next SAS!

Your color placemen certainly provides a beautiful approach to the traditional Storm at Sea quilt top. I think you use of batiks is also a great addition tothis pattern. It is really stunning and I wll be anxious to see it in its next faze.

Your quilt is beautiful. I hope you post a picture after you add your turtles. I fell in love with honu when my daughter took me to Hawaii last year.

Beautiful quilt! I admire your use of color. I have a huge rack of batik fabrics that I hesitate to cut into. I guess I just need to bite the bullet and start to use them.

What a great quilt this is turning out to be! The layout thus far is definitely beachy and tropical; the turtles will be the icing on the cake. Can't wait to see it when finished.

great quilt and color placement. I see your sticky notes to identify your rows. That's what I do too. The "sand" color choice is a great touch.....

This is one of those designs that I find so intriguing and fascinating. You did a great job with the colors and the piecing. I think the addition of the turtles will be fabulous. I look forward to seeing the completed quilt.
