Saw Izy today and that gorgeous quilt, let me tell you that picture does not do it justice. They are super fabrics. Heard one of the girls asking the name of the fabrics and pattern.

WOW, thats beautiful. The colours go so well together, and are so classy. I like the borders round the edge too. Your Mom will be so thrilled with it.

I, too, want to try a disappearing nine patch. I hesitate since I have sooo many tops ready to quilt and that would be adding to the stack. But actually I preferring cutting and then making the blocks better than the quilting. I went to a link for the directions and saw that it is really simple. Now it'll be to decide on the fabs.

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments. Sorry for the delay, I have had serious issues with my laptop. Been infected with a blinking virus, that was playing havoc...but think I have sorted it :?

Your Mum is going to be SO thrilled with this Izy! It's just beautiful - you're lucky you're so far away or one of us might be tempted to sneak over to your house & "quilt-nap" it! :D

It loods really lovely Izy, Are you going to tell her where you were sitting while you quilted it?
