This is a great "modern" table runner... so lively! Can't wait to see the quilt you are working on.

OMG! Do we share a DD? My DD's condo is gray (she refers to it as "greige") with a yellow kitchen, too! And she would FLIP if I was a nice Mommy like you are & made her a fabulous runner like this. It's adorable! Great job!

That's beautiful and so is your Edith Wolford iris..would be perfect in bloom on the table runner. I am going to dig out my copy of the magazine and see what I can do with this pattern

If she doesn't bring it here. I love it. Some how it reminds me of a slide show at a botanical garden and am all about the garden. Great job.

So hip and up to date! Did you have to buy these fabrics special and not from your stash? This would also be lovely in "our" colors with a goldish tan border instead of the white.

No, I had these fabrics! I often buy FQ's in lots of styles, just so I can play with new ideas. This quilt takes small pieces, so you can easily use scraps. My daughter did like it alot, but with 3 youngsters at the table, you have to decide when you can display it. I told her- use it! I understand about kiddies and spills and messes that happen on a daily basis!
