Shemace sent me this quilt for LAQ>

SHe made this quilt for her son and said I could quilt it however I wanted but to please write somewhere in the quilting "Call Your Mother( or Mom)"
I thought that was so cute. I hear my grandma say that about my uncles...and I am sure with my 4 boys I will be saying that in a few years myself.
There were so many places I could have put "Call your mom" ....but I wanted it to be hidden..but not so hidden he may not get the message..I also thought about glow in the dark thread..but my LQS didn't have the right color...so on my next shopping trip out of town I may invest in some of that for these special occasions. Anyway, I was able to fit "Call your mom" in the bottom of one of the frames....in the center section.

Anyway..the quilt designs are water themed...quilted pretty loosely....flannel backing...very comfy quilt. I know he will love it!

I used hobbs polydown batting and I quilted it on my INNOVA.

Thanks for looking.

CAll your MOm is at the bottom of this frame

Call your mom in reverse on the back.

I love how your quilting matches the theme of the quilt.
