What a wonderful quilt and how nice of you to make it for your friend. It will have a double good meaning for her.

May I ask what QAYG method you used?

Your "Mom's Gowns" quilt is the most meaningful quilt I have ever seen,
& is what quilting is all about.

May I ask, how many gowns did it take to make this? I liked the
backside even better than the front. Makes for a double quilt.
You are a very special friend.

Your friend can wrap up in her Mom's gown quilt & feel her nearness. This is such a thoughtful gift of love you've made for her.

OMGoodness! That is such a sweet quilt! She is sure to absolutely love it!! Please let us know what she thinks. Personally, I think she will shed quite a few tears when she sees it. I have many of my grandma's housedresses, and I will be making quilts for her children -- my mother being her oldest. Grandma passed away last October. That was such a loving thing you did for your friend.

Ooh, I'd cry if I got it! Tears or joy, of course. What a sweet, wonderful thing to do for your friend. She will cherish it forever.
