It makes it a very unique quilt ..I would use that block to personalize it or put in a date ..

one of my secret trade marks, blocks turned wrong, no way would I rip it out after quilting.

The "wrong" blank square doesn't bother me. You could "sign" it in that blank area... or write a short message (good luck; or blessings to you; or prayers; best wishes....etc. or leave it blank. Very nice quilt and I'm sure it will be appreciated.
