My 10 minute block needs help

My 10 minute block needs help

I made the this 10 minute block today and after three attempts this is what I got. Im not sure about the top stitching. I played the tute 10 times but she did it two different ways and Im not sure if this is either of them. Take a look and dont be afraid to tell me whats wrong. Thanks in advance.

It looks all right to me, but I haven't actually made one myself. But it looks like the tutes.

I made it from charm squares so the blocks are all the same size. What Im not sure about is the top stitching on the centers. Do you roll them towards the center and top stitch or flatted and go around the outside?

Craftybear posted a tutorial for a cathedral window pillow that had something in there that might help you with this. It's about 1/2 way down and what they did was to sew a couple of stitches to hold it in place while they did the curvy part. I think if you did that on the seamline, it might hold your piece in place and allow it to line up correctly. I'm attaching links. Will see if I can attach the picture too.
