    My 12 Blues Quilt

I finally finished a quilt that I have been working on for quite a while. I want to thank so many people on this board that gave me advice on this. It's the biggest quilt I've made--full size. It's my own design (also made the pillow cases)--with some advice from y'all. I used 12 different shades of blue in the quilt—I call it "Rhapsody in 12 Blues." It wasn't easy finding all the blues, but I eventually did.
    Thanks for looking!

Nicely done. I love the corner treatment. Finding 12 shades that flow that nicely must have been hard to find. Good for you!!!!

Excellent color gradation there. You made a truly beautiful quilt! I love blue and this just sings!
    Sheila N.

When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, he tried over 2000 experiments before he got it to work. A young reporter asked him how it felt to fail so many times. He said, "I never failed once. I invented the light bulb. It just happened to be a 2000 step process."
