I think they're perfect. Learning applique is the next thing I want to learn when I've finished my current projects!

As for what I want to improve, I have a lot of trouble getting pieces placed correctly, so could really use tips for that... My points are pretty rounded still on slender leaves and such...
I guess my real problem is that when I look at my work, I see the errors much easier than the good parts.
the last class I took was called "in your face applique" catchy huh? we drew the pattern on the FRONT of the background with blue water erasurable pen...no problem finding when to place your pattern pieces then. after completed lay on a towel and spritz with water...disappear like magic as long as you don't press them with an iron. points take alot of practice...your doing great

I did my first applique needle turn quilt and mine was not as good as yours. I loved the hand work and you will get better....promise... Mine is perfect because I sent it to Charisma here on board to quilt for me great prices and her work made my small quilt perfect....lol... I just look at her beautiful stitches and it makes me not pick on my imperfections so much...do not be so hard on yourself it looks great...T

Actually I see nothing wrong with them. I think they are very pretty and well done.
